Selecting a booth location

(This is applicable to Food booth, Indoor and Outdoor participants.)

 

“Confirmed Reservation” Required.  A “Confirmed Reservation” consists of submitting the vendor application and paying all fees by .. .  You will receive a “Number” at that time. Numbers will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.

Location Selection Date.  Vendor’s Meeting on ....   At the Vendor’s Meeting, a site map will be provided.  Only vendors with confirmed reservations will be allowed to select their location.  All other vendors will be assigned their space.  Management reserves the right to adjust or change your space and/or location if necessary to comply with fire and health department regulations.

No Location Changes.  You must use your assigned booth space.   Once you have selected your location, you will not have the right to change it (unless expressly approved by management).  Moving to another person’s booth is grounds for termination of the contract and expulsion from the eventNo refunds will be provided if your contract is terminated or you are expelled. **Management reserves the right to change any space and/or location if it is determined to be unlawful according to fire and health regulations**


Permits & Certificates

(All Health or Sales permits/certificates will be the responsibility of the individual vendors.)

 

Food Booths

All meetings at the Health Department for Food Vendors must be attended, and Health Department Certificates must be posted prior to opening your food booth on the Festival Day.

If you do not have the proper Health Certificates, you will not be allowed to open your Food booth at the Festival.  The penalty for not complying with the Health Department requirements is booth closure and a fine of $500.00 to be paid to the VSF Organization for the loss of vendor space during the festival. 

No refunds of any fees will be given if you are found to be at fault for not having the proper paperwork or not complying with the requirements.

The responsibility for getting a health permit is on YOU, the owner or manager of the reserved booth.

Other Vendor Booths

Seller’s Permit Required.  Any vendor selling products or services is required to get a temporary seller’s permit number from the State. These are FREE and will be checked prior to opening your booth at the festival. You must supply the VSF Organization with your seller’s permit number prior to the festival day.

The responsibility for getting a seller’s permit is on YOU, the owner or manager of the reserved booth.

Final Site Map.  The final site map with your selected booths will be postedat the VSF OFFICES after the meeting on .......
